Friday

It's Friday again! I love Fridays, but it also means it's almost the end of a week. It's Instrumental Ensemble time again today. We practiced at individual rooms since the classroom has not yet been opened. As the people from our class came continuously, we had a small ensemble at the corridor. It was really quite fun having an ensemble at the corridor. Hehe..

Crazy time

Among my group of friends, we music students are always being called the "crazy people". We are always chattering away, talk nonsense, and some lame jokes will be cracked among ourselves. This afternoon, complete with Piano, Oboe, Flute and two awesome vocalists and a camcorder, we had kind of a karaoke session in the faculty room. The room was filled with laughter and music which really made my day. I think we have to admit that we are really the crazier ones. =p

The weather

After so many years living in Malaysia, I still can't really tell that whether a day is going to be a sunny one or a rainy one. I was cycling back from campus this afternoon and it was VERY hot! The sun beams slapped on my face and burned me. However, As I lift my head up to look at the clouds, it's dark! Dark clouds! But the sunbeam is as strong as ever. We'll see later whether it will rain. Malaysia's weather is really unpredictable! Prepare an umbrella wherever u go!

Of assignments and facebook

I have an assignment that requires me to write 30 pages for only 3 points to write, 3 points! I've only done 4 pages so far. Somehow I'm always distracted by Facebook while i'm doing my assignment. I seriously have to get it closed down as long as I'm still doing my assignment. Got to start working on the other pages of my assignments. Bye.

Assignments

It's week 3, and I have assignments queuing up. Gosh.. This semester is going to be a busy semester, what with the edu papers and some other heavy subjects plus practice. By God's guidance, I believe I can get through all these! Today is such a busy day. I hate Mondays.

Youth Fellowship.

It's already the second week of the semester! How time flies! Yesterday night we had the first youth fellowship of the semester. It is also a part of welcoming new students to the fellowship. We had 8 newcomers so far, I hope there'll be more. We had such a great time playing games, praise and worshiping and laughing all the way through the fellowship. Here is the group photo.

After all the hard times in Taekwon-do class that morning, it was all forgotten during these few hours. Thank God for the fellowship!

Faculty night.

Our Faculty night was held on the 21st of September, at our Music Faculty. Our faculty night is known as "Malam Mesra", and the theme for this semester is Hari Raya. Our lecturers and students were all here for the function. Students of every semester were required to perform at least one song on stage, and before that, we also have Raya buffet as dinner. Throughout the whole night we eat, talk and watch the performances together, it's such an enjoyable time. With the music diploma students around, the amount of people is much much more than that of last few semesters. We took quite a lot of pictures, which I will share some of it. Enjoy!
